{"id":616,"date":"2016-09-02T01:53:55","date_gmt":"2016-09-01T16:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.igs.ocha.ac.jp\/en\/?p=616"},"modified":"2025-10-23T14:13:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T05:13:53","slug":"ait-students-visit","status":"publish","type":"reports","link":"https:\/\/www2.igs.ocha.ac.jp\/en\/reports\/ait-students-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"AIT Workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two MA students from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand visited IGS to participate in the program which is based on an agreement on students\u2019 exchange in the field of \u201cGender and Development\u201d between Ochanomizu University and AIT, from August 28 to September 5. They also visited the Global Collaboration Center, Institute for Global Leadership, Japan Fisheries Association, NPO Rainbow Action and Human Rights Watch Japan with graduate students of Ochanomizu University to understand the situation that Japanese women or sexual minorities are in. The program\u2019s workshop was held on September 2 at IGS.
