The Institute for Gender Studies (IGS) of Ochanomizu University calls for original manuscripts, written in Japanese or English, for the Journal of Gender Studies (volume 26) scheduled to be published in July 2023. Published articles will be made available on the IGS website as well as on Ochanomizu University’s institutional repository TeaPot.
Qualification
We welcome submissions from researchers in any field of gender studies, with masters or higher degree, in Japan and elsewhere.
Deadline for Manuscripts
January 10, 2023 (Tue.), 5 pm（Japan time）
How to Submit a Manuscript
* Please note that authors should submit the title and abstract first before they submit the manuscripts. The deadlines for abstracts and manuscripts are different. Only those manuscripts of which the title and abstract are submitted by Dec. 15th will be considered for review.

Please note:
* Manuscripts should be submitted through the above-mentioned system.
* All manuscripts should conform to Instructions for Authors and Style Sheet for Journal of Gender Studies.
* The main text and abstracts should be uploaded in both MS Word and PDF files, the tables and figures in MS Word/MS Excel and PDF files, and photographs in JPEG and PDF files. All those files should be submitted as attachments.
